Judges Arlene Phillips and Nigel Lythgoe see the first round of dancers. Some good, most bad. Joining them on the panel this week are guest choreographers as well as former popstar Louise Redknapp.
The 14 successful dancers from the audition stages are put through their paces by top choreographers, asked to perform an array of dance genres. The judges will then watch their dances, that viewers will also vote on. The least-voted male and female performers will leave.
The bottom two couples will be revealed and after a solo performance one guy and one girl will ultimately be sent home. Plus, Lemar performs accompanied by the Boy Blue dancers.
Having lost one boy and one girl in the judges' vote-off in the last round, the top twelve dancers perform various styles in a bid to stay in the competition.
As the result of the viewer's vote the bottom two couples will be announced and will have to perform a solo routine. Judges will sent one boy and one girl home deciding who will stay in the Top 10. Alexandra Burke is musical guest
The top 10 dancers perform dances in Disco, Contemporary, Salsa and Hip-Hop styles. As a group they try to impress the judges in Bollywood, Broadway and Hip-Hop styles.
The bottom two couples will have to perform solos to please the judges. Nigel Lythgoe announces which girl and which boy will go home.
Top eight dancers pair up and try new styles including the boys performing Tschaikovsky's Swan Lake. The judges will tell their opinion about the performances.
One girl and one boy will be going home and list of Top 8 will be shortened to Top 6. Mika will perform as musical guest.
It's down to the final six and each dancer has to show his/her skills in two dances as a couple and another one in a solo.
